1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Invo ("the Service"), operated by Usto AI LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Invo is an online invoice and receipt generator that allows users to create, customize, download, and email professional invoices and receipts. The Service supports 120+ currencies, 10 languages, PDF generation, and QR codes.

3. Free Plan & Pro Plan

Invo offers two tiers of service:

  • Free Plan: All invoice and receipt creation is processed entirely on the client side (in your browser). No document data is sent to or stored on our servers. You can generate and download PDFs without creating an account.
  • Pro Plan: A paid subscription that provides server-side cloud storage for your invoices and receipts, a dashboard to manage your documents, client management features, custom branding (logo, remove watermark), and priority support. Pro plan data is stored securely on our servers.

4. User Accounts

A free account is required to access the Pro plan and certain features such as the dashboard and email delivery. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to generate fraudulent documents
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and content, is owned by Usto AI LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service (invoices, receipts, uploaded logos, etc.).

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Usto AI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Usto AI LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
